Back from my wonderful holidays. One thing I really enjoyed doing while away - fishing. After an hour of a rainy afternoon spend fishing, we ended up with the six common carps all together. Nothing too fancy but tasted great just straight from the fire.

Light and healthy dinner: mozzarella, tomatoes, mushrooms with sunflower seeds and a hint of parsley goes so well with a grainy rye bread.

Dinner time. Couldn’t wait to get this ready: soya chunks, green peas and rice. I do like my meal still really really hot that I couldn’t wait long enough to take photos. Enjoyed till the last bite:)
